Bioretec appoints Mr. Pekka Simula to its Board of Directors
Mr. Pekka Simula, Chairman of Finnish Bioindustries, is appointed to Bioretec´s Board of Directors. Our new Member of the Board of Directors, Mr. Simula, was previously e.g. CEO of Herantis Pharma Plc, which he IPO'd in 2014; and Founding CEO of Oncos Therapeutics and its Board member until 2013 merger with Targovax ASA and subsequent IPO. He is also Chairman of Business Finland's Health and Well-being Advisory Board.
In the Board of Directors with Mr. Simula continues Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors, Mr. Tomi Numminen with Prof. Pertti Törmälä, Mr. Heinz Moitzi, Mr. Michael Piccirillo and Mr. Hans Rosén.
